Responses and requests have been edited to remove personal information. Where that is not possible, we will not publish the response.
We try to include all of the supporting documents that we supplied in response to each request. In some cases these documents might be too large or held in a format that makes them unsuitable for publication on the website - in which case this will be noted in the response.
