Ramblers Wellbeing Walks
We are delighted to officially become a Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Partner. Working closely with the Ramblers Wellbeing team, we will create further opportunities to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our local communities. Through the delivery of local short group walks, this will help address issues of loneliness, isolation, and mental health and physical health.
Walking is a great way to lead an active, healthy lifestyle in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment. At the moment, our walks are on-hold whilst we transition from the previous ‘Walking for Health’ to the new ‘Ramblers Wellbeing Walks’. We are seeking advice as to the best way to bring them back in the safest way possible. We will be regularly updating this page so please continue to visit our website for information on the relaunch of our walks.
