Active Lifestyles Scheme

Active Lifestyles Scheme

We hope that you are keeping well, staying safe and remaining positive as we move through this unprecedented time together. As a result of COVID-19, Winchester City Council has made the decision to pause the Active Lifestyles Scheme which includes our health walks, community classes and GP referrals until further notice in order to protect the safety and wellbeing of our patients.

We are taking this opportunity to improve the service and develop new innovative ways to support our patients, and ensure there is a clear pathway for those to adopt a healthy active lifestyle. We are working closely with our Primary Care Network, West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group and the Winchester Sport and Leisure Park operator, Everyone Active.

In the meantime, we have developed an exercise plan for you, to safely stay active at home.
