Garden Waste Service - signing up
When you subscribe to the garden waste collection service as a new customer, you have the option to either pay by card or pay by direct debit.

Renewing your subscription for 2025 / 2026
You can now renew your Garden Waste Service subscription for 2025 / 2026. To do this, please fill out our online Garden Waste Renewal Form or contact our Customer Service team on 0300 300 0013.
If you pay by direct debit, your subscription will be updated automatically and you do not need to renew it.
