New garden waste subscriptions and subscription renewals are paused until 01 December, when you will be able to sign up as a new customer or renew your current subscription.

Note: If you pay by direct debit, your current subscription will be updated automatically.

Great news! Last year, you contributed to over 7,400 tonnes of garden waste being composted and turned into Pro-Grow.

Bin stickers

We no longer issue bin stickers to identify current garden waste subscribers. This is now done by the collection crews, using their in-cab technology. As a result, your garden waste service is both more environmentally friendly and more efficient.
