Disability Swimming
This session is for all ages who are looking to build their water confidence and is suitable for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Sessions take place Thursday lunch time session 12:00 – 12:55pm takes place in the learner pool with gradual steps.
There are also sessions on a Friday evening from 7:00 – 7:55pm which take place in the shallow end of the main pool.
