Denmead
A Neighbourhood Plan is being prepared for Denmead, for which the Parish Council is the lead body. This area gives you access to various documents that are part of the evidence base which inform the preparation of the Denmead Neighbourhood Plan. These include reports and studies produced by Winchester City Council or in collaboration with Denmead Parish Council and groups within it. The documents can be downloaded below.
The preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan/Local Plan Part 2 (LPP2) follows on directly from Local Plan Part 1 (Joint Core Strategy) and includes new or revised development management policies and site-specific development allocations based on Denmead’s needs. City Council officers have worked closely to help the Denmead Neighbourhood Forum to identify these needs and to produce the necessary evidence to justify the new policies and allocations.
