Hire of Banner Site
The banner site located over the High Street between Pret A Manger and Vodafone is available for hire primarily for charitable or non-profit organisations.
All bookings are weekly from Monday to Monday. Please note that the site is not available for hire every week of the year, so please contact the Licensing Department to check availability. Banner bookings will not be available before 8 February 2021 or after 8 November 2021, due to the installation of Winchester city centre's Christmas lights.
Dates will be allocated to applicants at the discretion of the Licensing Manager. The Council does not consider applications on a 'first come, first served' basis.
