Thank you for taking the time to complete the Tenants Satisfaction Survey. The closing date for returns has now passed and the survey has closed. We will be feeding back results of the survey in the Autumn 2023. The winners of the prize draws have been notified.
Your views are really important to Winchester City Council and this survey is your chance to tell us what you think of the homes and services we provide as your landlord. Keep an eye out for future Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys. These are part of the new measures that the Regulator of Social Housing has introduced. At the end of every financial year we, along with all other social housing landlords, will publish a range of standard customer satisfaction information which will include the results from this survey.
The council has appointed an independent company called ARP Research to carry out the survey on the council’s behalf.
A sample of approximately a third of our general needs households and all sheltered, extra care and temporary accommodation residents recieved a paper survey in early May 2023, with reminders at the beginning of June. Those households for whom the council holds contact details, also received invitations/reminders to an online survey via email and text message. The final returns date was Friday 16 June.
