Details of current and previous Members’ Allowances Schemes
The Parish Independent Remuneration Panel was convened by Winchester City Council in September 2017 as the ‘Responsible Authority’ so required by the 2003 Regulations. The final report of the Independent Panel and recommendations therein can now be accessed on the right of this page. Full details of the adopted Members Allowances scheme is set out at Part 6 of the Council’s Constitution.
Please note that the adopted scheme is pursuant to decisions of the meeting of the Council held on 10 January 2018.
