Support for homelessness
If you are homeless, or concerned about your current housing situation, the following support is available:
- Our Housing Options Service can help with your housing situation. You can contact the service in a few different ways, listed here.
- Support is available via Trinity Winchester - you can contact them via 01962 842827.
- Trinity Winchester also has a dedicated Women's Service for women experiencing vulnerability.

Support for council tenants and private renters
If you are a council tenant or rent privately and are struggling with managing your tenancy, you can access support through the Tenancy Sustainment Team. If you wish to contact the team please call - 01962 814 918 / TenancySustainment@winchester.gov.uk
Support Hubs
We currently run Community Hub at Unit 12 once a month for council tenants and private sector tenants.
Join us for a FREE cuppa and a bite to eat at the Community Hub at Unit 12 and gain friendly advice, information and sign-posting around the cost of living. Winchester City Council Officers and experts from partner organisations will be on hand to answer questions on increasing your income, reviewing benefits, relieving debt, keeping your private or council tenancy and much more! No need to book, just come along. You’re welcome to bring babies/ children along too.
