Our service provider has been experiencing unprecedented difficulties with vehicles and staffing which has led to a backlog of collection services. This has resulted in some collections not taking place on their scheduled day and I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. We have been working closely with our provider to address these issues, with additional staff and vehicles being invested in. Collection work is also being carried out at weekends.
If you find your bin has not been emptied on the scheduled day, please leave it out and it will be emptied as soon as possible.
We remain committed to resolving these matters and returning to normal service as quickly as possible.
