Affordable Rent - Cost, Affordability and implications for Policy
The key objective of this report (published in March 2012) is to examine the implications of the new affordable rent tenure for meeting housing need within Winchester.
This research is needed to inform the development of Winchester’s Strategic Tenancy Policy, planning policy and on-site discussions with developers and registered providers.
