The Green Infrastructure Study (2010)
This study, produced by consultants Enfusion, identifies Winchester's broad range of Green Infrastructure assets and their distribution, including landscape and water-based 'blue' elements, formal greenspace, sites of high biodiversity value and the Rights of Way network.
The Study identifies Green Infrastructure deficiencies within the District and suggests a number of principles and recommendations for new opportunities and project initiatives, particularly for the Strategic Development Areas, the strategic allocations in the Core Strategy and the higher level settlements.
