Grounds maintenance
If you have an issue or a concern you want to share with us about grounds maintenance, please fill in the Grass, Hedge, and Shrub Maintenance form so that our contractor can investigate and take action if needed.
Please note, we are not responsible for hedges and shrubs in gardens or private boundaries. We do not cut hedges during the bird nesting period from March to the end of August, unless there is a real safety risk (such as an obstruction to the highway or road junction sight lines).
Street cleansing
If you want to raise a concern about street cleansing or litter, please fill in the Clean my Street form so that our contractor can investigate and take any necessary action. You can report things like leaf clearance, litter, graffiti, dog fouling, damaged litter/dog waste bin, overflowing litter/dog waste bin, dead animals, glass or syringe in a public area, or spilt waste. Please do not use this form to report a fly tip.
