Winchester Hospice plays a vital role in the local community by providing compassionate, specialist care for people with life‑limiting illnesses, alongside essential support to their families. 

Beyond clinical care, the hospice creates a warm, dignified environment where individuals can find comfort and personalised support during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

St John Ambulance is a national charitable organisation dedicated to first aid education and response. We train people in first aid to make their communities more resilient, provide first aid support at public events and support the NHS.

We are honoured to be chosen as a Mayoral charity for the year especially as next year we celebrate the 150th anniversary of St John Ambulance.
