- Boarding Establishment for Animals Licence Apply for a licence to keep an animal boarding establishment.
- Challenge a Parking Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Use this facility to find out more information about the penalty, email us to challenge the issue of the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or pay for a PCN.
- Council Tax Exemption Apply for either occupied or unoccupied exemption from Council Tax.
- Council Tax Reduction for Disabilities Apply for a reduction in Council Tax due to disabilities.
- Dog Breeding Establishment Licence Apply for a licence to keep a breeding establishment for dogs.
- Environmentally Friendly Vehicle Season Ticket Renewal Apply for a 50% or 75% discounted Season Ticket for an Environmentally Friendly Vehicle where the vehicle remains the same
- Exotic, Dangerous or Wild Animals Licence Apply for a licence to keep exotic, dangerous and/or wild animals.
- Fishing Rod Licence Anyone over the age of 12 fishing in freshwaters must have a valid rod licence. You can buy these online at the Environment Agency website.
- Food Business Registration Should be completed by food business operators for new food business establishments and submitted 28 days before commencing food operators.
- Garage Application form to apply for the use of a Garage.
- House to House Collection Licence Apply for a house to house collection licence.
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety Catering Application form for Level 2 award in food safety in catering.
- Lottery Licence A licence for the conduct of small lotteries, raffles etc. by societies raising money for charitable, sports and other similar purposes.
- Park and Ride Smart Card Apply a Park and Ride smart card (first puchase, not renewals). Minimum amount credited is £25.00 maximum £200.00. Your card will be debited by £2.70 each day you use it.
- Parking Season Ticket Apply for a parking season ticket, all information about season tickets can be found within the parking section of this site.
- Pet Shop Licence Apply for a licence to keep a pet shop under the Pet Animals Act 1951.
- Planning Application Submit a planning application online using the Planning Portal.
- Private Hire Operator's Licence This licence is required to enable a person to accept or invite bookings for private hire vehicles.
- Riding Establishment Licence For persons 18+ or organisation applying for a riding establishment licence under the Riding Establishments Acts 1964 and 1970.
- Single Persons Council Tax Discount Apply for a 25% reduction in your Council Tax bill if you are the sole occupant of a property.
- Skip Licence Downloable (HCC) form to apply for a Licence to place a builders skip on the public highway.
- Small Business Rate Relief Apply for small business rate relief if the property named on your Non-Domestic Rates bill has a rateable value of £17,999 or less
- Small Grant Scheme For activities happening between May and September 2013, the deadline is Thursday 28 February 2013. For activities happening between October 2013 and March 2014, the deadline is Friday 30 August 2013.
- Special Treatment Registration - Person Summary Registration form to apply to register as a person to carry on the business for Special Treatment Works.

- Street Collection Licence Apply to collect money or sell goods for the benefit of charity or other purposes.
- Street Trading Licence Application for the selling/offering of any article in the street including food and household goods etc.
- Theatre Licence Apply for a grant, renewal or transfer of a theatre licence.
- Zoo Licence Online notice of intention to apply for a zoo licence form.
