Planning Application Fees
Increase in planning applications comes into force on 17th January 2018
The Government has announced that there will be an increased in the planning fees by 20%. The new fees will come into effect on 17th January 2018. This also introduced a fee for works that need planning permission by reason of an Article 4 Direction or the withdrawal of permitted development rights by planning condition.
Payment by cheque
All cheques for applications submitted in either the delegated or recovered areas of the South Downs National Park Authority must be made payable to SDNPA.
The cheque should be sent with your application directly to your local planning authority if it is in the delegated service area, or direct to the SDNPA if it is in a recovered service area.

If paying by cheque please make payable to Winchester City Council and detail name and site address and any other reference numbers on the reverse.
