Parking Permits and Season Tickets

Hampshire County Council have (from 1 October 2023) taken over the management and enforcement of resident parking permits. All enquiries about resident parking and enforcement should be directed to parking.services@hants.gov.uk. There are various parking options available to purchase if you are a resident, business or organisation living or situated within Winchester. If you work in Winchester and are looking for daily parking at a reduced rate for the car parks, there are various Car Park Season Ticket and Park and Ride Season Ticket options.
