To pay by phone, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 01962 840 222 between the following times:

8:30am to 5:00pm (Mon to Thurs) and

8:30am to 4:30pm (Fri)

You will need your debit / credit card details to proceed

Payments can be made at our cash office which is open 8:45am to 4:00pm (Mon - Fri)

You will need your invoice / reference number

You can send your payments directly to us by cheque or postal order mae payable to Winchester City Council  and addessed to:

Please remember to complete to payment slip at the bottom of the invoice / reminder and return it with your payment.  Write your customer number and invoice / reference number on the back of your cheque - these can be found on the top of your invoice.  If you require a receipt please return the whole invoice with your patymkent marked 'PLEASE RECEIPT' accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope.

Post dated cheques cannot be accepted.

Complete the payment slip provided on your invoice and present it to your bank cashier with your payment or by BACS
