Upcoming Forum to help Winchester district landlords prepare for Renters Rights Act changes
Winchester City Council is inviting private landlords from across the Winchester district to join its upcoming Landlords Forum on 20 March at Winchester Voco Hotel & Spa.
The event is a chance for local landlords to understand and help prepare for the Renters Rights Act, new government legislation that is set to bring significant changes to the private rental sector.
The event will feature a presentation from the National Residential Landlords Association on what the changes will mean for landlords, as well as a talk on accommodating pets in lettings – one of the focuses of the new Act.
Winchester City Council housing officers will also be on hand to offer further advice and guidance for landlords.
The Forum takes place from 10am to 1pm on 20 March at Voco Winchester Hotel and Spa, Telegraph Way, Morn Hill, Winchester, SO21 1HZ.
