Easter bank holiday bin collections
There will be some scheduled changes to bin collections following the Easter weekend.
These changes are already reflected in residents' bin calendars.
For the week starting Monday 6 April, collections will be a day later than usual with a Saturday collection for those who usually have their bins collected on a Friday

City Offices opening times
City offices will close at 5pm on Thursday 2 April. The offices will reopen at 8.30am on Tuesday 7 April, with usual reception hours for in-person visits from 10am - 3pm on Tuesday 7 April 2026.
You will still be able to contact us in an emergency on 01962 865 407 or if you are a council tenant with a housing emergency, please call 01962 865 405.
We will respond to all other enquiries from Tuesday 7 April 2026.
