From August to November 2023, we’ll be checking that the electoral register is up to date.
It’s important to ensure that the information we hold about your household is correct so you don’t lose your chance to vote.
We’ll be contacting you by email or letter over the coming weeks – all you need to do is follow the steps in the email of letter. The email address used to contact you will be eregcanvass@winchester.gov.uk

Recent home movers in particular are urged to check their details. Electoral Commission research has found that recent home movers are less likely to be registered than those who have lived at the same address for a long time.
