My Council House Maintenance

The online portal “My Council House” is currently unavailable due to essential maintenance.

You can still continue to make online payments by selecting the link below – please remember to have your 7 digit tenancy reference number ready: www.winchester.gov.uk/pay 

Our 24 hour automated telephone payment service is available on 01962 848 512 - you will need your 7 digit tenancy reference number to make a payment.

If you want to check the balance on your Rent Account please Text “BAL” to 0753 741 7763 and you will receive confirmation of your current balance (standard network charges may apply). To use this service your mobile number must be registered against your tenancy details.

We are making improvements so it is easier to manage your tenancy with an online account. You will be able to access your account anytime anywhere using any device.

- request a repair and view your repair history
- link to pay your rent online
- view your rent account and payment history
- view and print account statements
- view and update your personal and contact details
- view and update details about your tenancy, add household members or notify us of any changes
- report anti-social behaviour complaints
- contact us directly through web messages
