How to get help

We are in contact with several support groups across the district. The latest information can be found below and updates are published as soon they’re available.

If there is no local support available you can contact Winchester City Council via the Hampshire helpline on 0333 370 4000 between 9am and 5pm, seven days a week.

Details of your city councillors and how to contact them are available on the right hand side of this page.

Also available on the right hand side is a directory of local pharmacies you can use for your prescriptions.

See below organisations offering support accross the whole district. You can find out more about additional support including meal vouchers, financial support for energy fuel bills and holiday activities for vulnerable children and young people on the connect4communities website.

See below organisations offering support in your ward.
