The Fire and Water Yoga Retreat Day combines yoga, mindful walking and creative writing, and will help you to recharge and reconnect.

Description

The Yoga Retreat Day will consist of two yoga sessions (90 minutes each), a mindful walk where we will connect with nature by the Itchen River, a delicious vegetarian lunch, and a creative writing session. The morning yoga class is designed around the natural element of FIRE, which will be a vinyasa flow class, focusing on igniting the manipura chakra (life force). The afternoon yoga class is designed around the natural element of WATER, which will be a gentle yin/restorative class, focusing on the third eye and crown chakras (intuition and connection).
