Finding your closest food bank
There are a number of ways to access food in your local community through local food banks and pantries. Below is a list of food banks that support different areas of our district:
- Winchester City and surrounding villages: Winchester Basics Bank
To access Winchester Basics Bank's services, you'll need to be referred. You can self-refer a maximum of four times, then you'll be asked to seek support from a referral agent.

Anyone can apply for membership to Community pantries allow you to pay a small weekly contribution in exchange for food of a higher value.

Clothing
Clothing banks have been set up for all who may experience hardship over the winter months:
- Winchester Vineyard Storehouse provides good quality clothing, baby equipment, toys and food to individuals and families. Visit their website or call them on 01962 863217.
