Current Opportunities

The Council publishes some invitations to tender and contracts awarded with a value of over £100,000 via an electronic tendering portal (Complete Tender Management system or CTM), Details of current opportunities and registration can be found on this link: https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=WCC

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, any tenders that fall under the control of the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 will be posted directly via the Council’s portal mentioned above to the new e-notification service called Find a Tender https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/. This is the UK’s replacement service for public sector procurement notices, previously posted via TED.

Procurement Pipeline

The ‘Procurement Pipeline’, of forthcoming projects anticipated to begin over the next 12 month period, has now been published and is located on the right-hand side of this page. The purpose of the 'Procurement Pipeline' is for potential suppliers to see what the Council may be reviewing during a certain period. These will not necessarily be live projects and this will not be a call for competition or an advertisement for registration of itself, rather an early indication prior to advertisement.

Advertisement will be carried out separately for each individual project; please see the section above, 'Current Opportunities', for details on how to view live tenders.

Crown Commercial Services (CCS), who are a government office which provides commercial services to the public sector, also publish a 'Procurement Pipeline', details of which can be found by visiting the Crown Commercial Services website.
