How to make a Building Control Application
Winchester City Council no longer accepts telephone, email or paper based applications.
Currently there are two ways to make a Building Control Application. You can either do so using Winchester City Council's e-form, or you can submit an online application through the Building Control Portal Application, which is the Council’s preferred option.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that from February 1st 2026, Winchester City Council’s e-form application will be withdrawn, when all applications will need to be made via the Building Control Portal.
