Council digital drop-in sessions to provide free tech support for Winchester residents

A series of digital drop-in sessions from Winchester City Council are providing free tech support for Winchester residents.

The sessions, which take place every second Tuesday of the month and are open to all, with no cost involved, are aimed at those having issues with their laptops, smartphones or tablets,

The drop-in's digital champions will be on hand during the sessions provide expert one-to-one IT support with a range of tech-related challenges, whether it's setting up a new device, learning to stay safe online, or getting to grips with websites.

Individuals without their own device who are looking to get to take on a digital task can also make use of laptops that can be provided during the sessions.

The next session to take place will be on Tuesday 9 April from 10am to 12pm at King Harold Court, Residents Lounge, Christchurch Road, Winchester, SO23 9SA.
