Stanmore Community Plan
Since July 2007 the Stanmore Community Plan Steering Group, under the chairmanship of
The Community Plan will help to:
- identify local problems and opportunities
- set out an achievable and long term vision for the future
- prepare a plan of action to achieve this vision
The group are preparing a detailed consultation which they hope to undertake in the early part of next year and will be asking the residents of Stanmore to spend a little time to provide feedback which will contribute significantly to the future of their community.
The group are also looking for a number of volunteers from within the community to help distribute the questionnaires and encourage as many residents as possible to complete it. The more responses obtained, the more valid the findings and consequently the stronger the argument for bringing about the changes local residents want to see.
