Whiteley's Meadowside Centre to host Senior Sessions!
Senior sessions that involve multi activities such as pilates, tennis, short mat bowls, badminton, table tennis and exercise classes are going to be held in Whiteley every Friday between 10 and 12 starting in the New Year!
The Meadowside Centre in Whiteley will be providing a great atmosphere during the sessions along with refreshments allowing you to relax and unwind after the activities.
Matt Richards, Duty Manager and senior session's organiser at the centre says "It's a great way for people to keep active, healthy, and get together to meet new friends. Everyone knows there is a large number of young families and children in Whiteley, but we are trying to ensure that the older people in the Whiteley area are not forgotten."
The senior sessions are aimed at the older age group who are looking to enjoy a few light physical activities in a social environment.
