Homelands helpline

Winchester City Council's environmental health team has set up a helpline for this years Homelands 2004 festival, which is taking place at Cheesefoot Head this weekend. The festival starts around midday on Saturday 29th and finishes at 7.00am on Sunday 30th

City Council officers will be on hand throughout the festival to check facilities on site - including the water supply, sanitary accommodation, health and safety, catering and clearance of litter - for a temporary population equivalent in size to a small town.
