New Website
Welcome to the new Winchester City Council website, which we hope you will find interesting and informative.
We have tried to make the site clearer and easier to use. Several areas are still under development and we would welcome your thoughts and ideas.
Rather than try and include everything, we have created numerous links to other organisations, including central and local government, where we feel they have more information on their own website.
One new aspect of our site is the events calendar, which will replace the What's On page. The calendar will also allow organisations to submit events they are holding. This will be via a feedback form that will be looked at by the events team and then the event placed on the site if it is appropriate.
The site also now has a more developed Search engine, a new document library and a new area for Frequently Asked Questions. Close to completion is an area covering committee reports and agendas, which will allow you to find on-line all reports that go to Council and committees.
