Health Walks

The regular Health Walks are a great way to see the beautiful landscapes of Winchester and take in some fresh air at the same time! Explained as 'a purposeful, brisk walk undertaken on a regular basis' these health walks can provide a great starting basis to leading an active and healthy lifestyle in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

These walks rely on the support that we receive from our local Volunteer Walk Leaders and we are always looking for more volunteers to join our team. Walk Leaders attend a one day course to become qualified, the course is free of charge and run in the local area. Once qualified a leader can choose to take a group walk on a regular basis or on a more infrequent basis as they wish.
