  • Sport England - Join the movement

    Sport England’s ‘Join the Movement’ campaign promotes physical activity with lots of fun ideas on how to keep active at home, with exclusive offers and workouts from well recognised fitness providers as well as ideas get active outside. By using the hashtag #StayInWorkOut you can share your experiences and encourage others to do the same. For further information, visit

  • Virtual Yoga

    We have teamed up with Park Yoga to offer live-streamed virtual classes at 9.30am every weekend. The workouts are suitable for all ages and abilities and are stay online for a week. For more information, visit
