Christmas and New Year opening hours
Please note that the council offices will be closed from 4pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 until Thursday 2 January 2020.
Over this time, in the event of an emergency, customers should call 01962 865 407, or for council housing repair emergencies, call 01962 865 405.
Customers can continue to report issues on-line via the reporting app: www.winchester.gov.uk/report. All non-urgent enquiries will be dealt with from 2 January.
