- Builders and developers should quote the file reference number when making payment.
- Cheques payable to Winchester City Council with accompanied documentation by post or in person.
- Credit or debit card presented at our reception in Colebrook street with the accompanied documentation.
- Online Payment using credit or debit card can be made when applying online (under Miscellaneous Payments)
