A Penalty Charge may be imposed for the following reasons:

1. Failing to park wholly within a marked parking bay.

2. Failing to purchase and display a valid ticket.

3. Exceeding the 24 hour parking limit.

4. Parking in a disabled persons bay without clearly displaying a valid disabled persons badge.

5. Parking a vehicle over 2 tonnes unladen weight.

6. Parking a caravan or trailer.

7. Parking causing an obstruction.

8. Parking in a restricted area of the car park.

9. Unauthorised use of a bay reserved for use by a specially authorised vehicle.

Regulations 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 apply at all times.

£70.00 or £50.00 (With 50% reduction if paid within 14 days of service of the Penalty Charge Notice)
