3. Parking, displaying a ticket on which the time has expired.

4. Exceeding the 3 hour parking limit during charging hours.

5. Re-parking during charging hours within 3 hours after last leaving a parking place.

6. Parking in a disabled person's bay without clearly displaying a valid disabled person's badge.

7. Parking a vehicle over 2 tonnes unladen weight.

8. Parking a caravan or trailer.

9. Parking causing an obstruction.

10. Parking in a restricted area of the car park.

11. Unauthorised use of a bay reserved for use by a different class of vehicle or specially authorised vehicle.

Regulations 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 apply at all times.
