The Wickham Horse Fair – Road Closures & Refuse Collection Arrangements
There will be disruption to the normal Friday collection of waste from some households and commercial businesses in Wickham – roads that are likely to be affected are listed below.
Any household or business that does not receive their scheduled collection of waste on Friday 20 May 2011 will receive a collection on Saturday 21 May 2011. Please leave bins out until they have been emptied.
If your waste is not collected you should contact the Recycle for Winchester Team on 0800 008 60 50.
Waste collections are likely to be disrupted in the following areas.
Winchester Rd A334
Cold Harbour Close
Holt Close
Upper House Court
Tanfield Park
Tanfield Lane
The Square
Station Rd
Mosse Court
Additional information: The Square will be closed to traffic from early in the morning until approximately 7pm.
The A334 Fareham Road from the A32 School Road junction to the Blind Lane junction will also be closed.
There will be no vehicular access to the horse fair from the A32 during the closures.
