Community Safety Fun Day in Highcliffe
A Community Safety Fun Day will take place at All Saints Community School in Highcliffe on Monday 15 February between 2pm and 5pm.The event is open to everyone and it offers a chance to meet members of the local Fire and Police services, along with representatives from Winchester City Council and other members of the Winchester Community Safety Partnership.
There will be free activities for youngsters including face-painting and an inflatable bungee run. Active Creative will also be providing taster sessions of its highly credited dance, P.E, and action classes.
Trevor Lynas, Winchester City Council’s Neighbourhood Warden for the area, said: “This is a great opportunity for residents to get to know members of their local crime fighting teams and to enjoy some of the free workshops on offer.”
