A piece by local artist Gemma Wootten

From Friday 21 until Sunday 30 November 2008

Take the strain out of Christmas shopping this year by visiting the many galleries, studios and artists' homes in and around Winchester. Surprise your loved ones with something different and support our local artists and craftspeople in the process.

Making Merry presents a fantastic opportunity to discover the wealth of artists and craftspeople living and working in Winchester and the picturesque surrounding villages. This year, the Christmas shopping extravaganza has been extended to 10 days, giving the discerning shopper even more time to visit artists' homes and studios for inspirational Christmas gift ideas, to watch demonstrations, or simply chat about technique.
