Free Family Fun Day at River Park on 26 July
River Park Leisure Centre is holding a FREE Family Fun Day on Saturday 26 July. The centre will offer a wide range of activities aimed at encouraging families to keep fit together.
There will be plenty of activities on offer between 10am and 4pm, including:
- a family treasure hunt
- bouncy castle and giant games
- face painting
- martial arts taster sessions
- Fit 4 Kids sessions
- free adult beauty treatments courtesy of Redwood Beauty
- and much more!
There will also be an opportunity to test your fitness with free ‘Body MOT’ tests and to try-out the gym facilities available at the centre.
Visitors will be invited to take part in a rowing challenge and a bleep test, with spot prizes available to the lucky winners. Just make sure you bring a pair of trainers along with you on the day!
