As part of Winchester's Christmas Festival, the City Museum in The Square, Winchester has gone 'Ballyhoo'! The museum, in association with Winchester City Centre Partnership, will be hosting the art company, Ballyhoo.

Children of all ages will have the opportunity to create masks inspired by objects from inside the museum. Artists will be at the museum on the afternoon of Thursday 17 November from 3.00pm onwards.

With their completed masks the children will make their way to the Christmas tree in the High Street, for the official switch-on of the Christmas lights 2005.

Admission and materials for this event is free. No booking required - just turn up!
