Contaminated pizza warning
The Food Standards Agency has issued a food warning about contamination of ASDA 's own brand Moroccan Chicken Pizza Flatbread with Sudan 1 dye. The warning only affects products with a use by date of up to 22 March 2005.This product has been withdrawn from sale, but ASDA is advising customers who may have previously purchased one with a use by date of up to 22 March 2005, to return it for a full refund.
The Food Standards Agency believes this withdrawal to be unrelated to previous withdrawals of food products contaminated with Sudan 1.
