Town Forum addresses community safety

"How safe is Winchester?" is the question being asked at the next meeting of the Winchester Town Forum, to be held on Thursday 12 February, in the King Alfred Hall, Guildhall, Winchester, between 7pm and 9pm.

The meeting will address issues such as how safe is Winchester compared to other towns, who the victims of crime are, and the nature of offences. Residents will get the opportunity to discuss community safety issues with Councillors, Council Officers and the Police, and also have the opportunity to ask questions.

The Forum offers an important opportunity for residents to express their views and hear those of others.

Further information about this meeting can be found at www.winchester.gov.uk/committees/town_forum or by contacting Colin Veal on 01962 848438 or email cveal@winchester.gov.uk
