‘No Cold Calling Zones’ are an initiative led by Hampshire County Council to help combat the problem of doorstep crime and to make residents feel safer in their own homes. In conjunction with Hampshire Constabulary, the project is also supported by Winchester City Council and Neighbourhood Watch.
