15 - Tender Report - Term Contract for Building Cleaning Services

At its meeting held on 14 January 2009, Cabinet approved the recommendations of the Report as set out, subject to consultation with the Chairman of Principal Scrutiny Committee as to whether the Committee should consider the matter further. The Chairman has decided that the item should be placed before Principal Scrutiny Committee for its comments.
