7 - Customer Service Excellence Standard
Paul Wood, Head of Customer Service, will provide an overview of the Customer Service Excellence Standard. Accreditation provides official recognition that an organisation has the highest standards of customer service embedded throughout its culture. (Oral Report)
8 - Backward Look Annual Efficiency Statement 2007/08
Principal Scrutiny Committee is asked to consider whether there are any matters it wishes to raise with the Portfolio Holder, or if of significance, with Cabinet.
9 - Financial Strategy 2009/10 – 2013/14
Principal Scrutiny Committee is invited to comment on the Strategy with regard to the role of scrutiny in forthcoming budget deliberations.
