16 - Twinning Issues
At the meeting of the Community, Arts and Social Performance Improvement Committee on 18 October 2004, Members requested that a report on twinning issues be submitted to a future meeting of the Committee for it to consider and make recommendations to Cabinet. Subject to the views of Principal Scrutiny Committee, Cabinet is asked to agree that this matter be included within the Community, Arts and Social Performance Improvement Committee's work programme for 2004/05.

18 - Denmead Youth Pavilion - Grant Aid
Under the Council Constitution Access to Information Procedure Rules (Rule 15.1 - General Exception), this is a key decision which has not been included in the Forward Plan. Under this procedure the Vice-Chairman of the Principal Scrutiny Committee has been informed.
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 the Committee will decide whether it wishes to consider the following items under Exempt Business. If it decides to do this, the public will be asked to leave the meeting whilst consideration of these items takes place. For this reason the reports are not available on the website.
